I have long hair and go back and forth between using a comb or brush for wet detangling and styling. I like trying new brushes since I have found my hair less managable since starting to color it. I am concerned about hair loss when brushing my hair when wet so I thought this would be a good bursh to try.

I got the brush in the velvet mocha color. I liked the color was kind of a neutral pink brownish shade. The brush has a nice comfortable handle. I have some nerve damage in my hand and I found the grip just as good as any of the full rubber grip brushes.

I used this brush after getting out of the shower with fully wet hair. I was able to seperate the short bangs and top pieces quickly. I was surpised how easy it was to brush through my longer hair. The brushes moves back and forth as it went through my long strands. I was able to dentangle my hair in under 2 minutes and have it ready to be dried. There was almost no lost hair in the brushafter going through my whole wet head of hair.

I find myself using this brush more and more. The thing I like most about it is how quick and easy it is to clean. It is so easy to take any hair out and rinse the brush. There is no build up of products on this brush. This is why I seem to be grabbing it more than the brush I was using since that one gets product build up quicker and can make you hair need washing faster.

For $8.09 at the time I am reviewing this, I think this brush is a good value. I have been using it daily for 3 weeks. I feel it is well made and will last a long time. It is comfortable not only to hold but also when brushing long tangled hair.

I love this brush....from the moment I opened the package it has been now the only one I use. In fact I threw. away my current brush I was using and now just have this one. I love the flex feel to it and works amazing for both wet and dry hair. Very nice quality and wonderful value for the money. Very gentle bristles that don't pull your hair, love the color as well. I highly recommend and will absolutely order again in the future!

I have a lot of textured hair, wigs, and extensions in rotation, so a good detangling brush is something I don’t take lightly. After using this brush for a while, I can honestly say it has earned a permanent spot in my collection.

What stood out to me immediately was how gentle it feels. The soft bristles glide through tangles without that harsh pulling and snagging that can make wash day feel like a chore. I used it on damp hair, curly wigs, and even synthetic units, and it did a great job of working through knots while minimizing breakage and shedding.

The vented design is another feature I appreciate because it allows air to flow through the brush while blow-drying, which helped speed up drying time a bit. The brush is lightweight and comfortable to hold, so my hand doesn’t get tired when I’m working through thicker sections of hair.

What I liked most is that it detangles effectively without feeling aggressive. There have been plenty of brushes that claim to be detanglers but end up ripping through my hair. This one feels like it is actually working with my hair instead of against it.

I liked this brush so much that I ended up ordering additional ones for family and friends. It glides through hair without excessive pulling or snagging, making detangling much more comfortable. It also works beautifully while blow drying and helps distribute tension evenly through the hair, while still being flexible enough not to pull your hair. It's also super easy to clean your hair off of. The design looks much more expensive than it is, and the quality reminds me of some of the premium brushes I’ve used over the years. Whether you have thick hair, fine hair, or hair that’s prone to tangling, this brush does a fantastic job.

This funky looking brush is awesome 🤩 The bristles are stiff but soft and capped with plastic nubs to prevent damage to your scalp. So the bristles actually comb through your hair instead of just laying flat like typical sensitive skin brushes. The secret is the collapsing base, its spring action spiral design absorbs any rough pulls from tangles. Similar to a wet hair brush but even less impact on the scalp. This is perfect for seniors or anyone with fine hair. Really innovative, lightweight and easy to hold and use. Excellent cost for value of a well made high quality hairbrush with a unique and effective design. Survived a drop to tile floor without a scratch, seems durable and long lasting.

Overall, I do like this brush, but I’ve found that it works much better for my toddler’s hair than for my own.

The flexible design is really gentle on the scalp and helps the brush contour nicely while brushing. It doesn’t snag or pull much when I’m brushing my daughter’s hair, especially when it’s wet and paired with detangler spray. Hair time has definitely been easier and more comfortable for her with this brush.

I’ve also tried it on my own hair, which is much thicker and curlier, and I wasn’t quite as impressed there. It works decently on wet hair, but on dry hair it tends to catch more on knots and pull rather than smoothly detangle.

I also noticed that because the brush is so flexible, it sometimes feels like it glides over the top layer of thicker hair instead of fully gripping through the strands unless I apply extra pressure.

That said, I still plan to keep using it because I really like it for my daughter’s finer hair. I think this brush is best suited for fine, fragile, or toddler hair types rather than thick or very curly hair.

I love these brushes. This is my 2nd Amike brush and I continue to be impressed. I have thick long hair and a lot of it so a good brush is a must. This brush makes it so easy to use on wet or dry hair. I use it to detangle after washing as well as daily brushing. The bristles flex so they don't feel like needles raking across your scalp. The design of the brush makes it so easy to clean. I don't have to worry about hair or product getting trapped in it. Not to mention it's a beautiful brush. I'd highly recommend or gift these brushes in the future.

This is such a cute brush, first of all. It's sleek and I'm in love with the rose gold. I have a terrible habit of brushing my hair wet right after a shower. Combing takes forever on my thick hair and I usually have to squeeze a shower in quickly after the kids go to bed, so I don't like to take the time to comb, I can do it much quicker with a brush. This brush really feels gentle and quickly detailed my hair after a shower. It is like a comb/brush combination. I noticed a lot less breakage after using this product compared to my usual brush. I really do like this brush!
