Returns & Warranty
A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition. Due to hygiene standards, hair tools showing visible hair residue or product build-up cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns.

A: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We only cover return shipping if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if an incorrect item was shipped.
