**AIMIKE Return & Refund Policy**
At AIMIKE, we stand behind the quality of our salon-grade hair styling tools. We want you to love your hair and your shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window.
### 1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (including the original box, inner molds, and accessories). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
### 2. Hygiene & Safety Notice (For Hair Tools & Brushes)
Due to hygiene and public safety regulations, any hair styling tools or hair brushes that show visible signs of long-term use, hair residue, or product build-up cannot be accepted for a standard change-of-mind return. Please ensure the tool is clean and repacked as originally received.
### 3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at carol@aimike.com.
* If your return is accepted, we will send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package.
* Please note: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
### 4. Damages, Defects, and Technical Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at carol@aimike.com. For technical or performance issues within your warranty period, please provide a brief description or a quick video/photo so our engineering team can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
### 5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards, promotional clearance items (marked as final sale), or customized orders.
### 6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
### 7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned package, and let you know if the refund was approved based on the item's condition. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
