2. Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Processing Time: All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, standard international transit typically takes 8–15 business days, depending on your destination's local customs and postal handling.
3. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier system to update and reflect the tracking data.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AIMIKE operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for international orders. The recipient is responsible for any local import duties, customs clearance fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country's government. These charges are out of our control and must be paid by the customer to release the package from customs.
